Certification keeps celiac kids safe, and satisfied
Recognize this gluten free logo? The Gluten Free Certification Organization (GFCO) inspects all your favorite products AND manufacturing facilities for gluten, so products stamped with the GF logo have met strict gluten free standards. I don’t know about you, but I tend to jump for joy (and for my wallet!) whenever I find a product that is 100% certified gluten free. And Udi’s Pizza is just that: guaranteed gluten free. That just sounds safe. And celiac kids deserve safe! The pizzas are small, so I usually end up baking one for the kids, and then veggie up a second one (think orange peppers, green onions, mushrooms, and tomatoes) for those of us with more refined taste buds to sink our teeth into.

All the ingredients you need are 3 cups of, a stick of butter, about a half cup of sugar, baking powder, an egg, a teaspoon of vanilla, and 2/3 cup. I often find that it’s hard to work with flour (and the taste is not always as good unless you use an), so I have tried substituting the flour with @krusteaz. The results have been! Just bake at 375 degrees for 30-40 min
