Carbing up for a new school year!

Back to school on a Tuesday means you celebrate dinner like it’s a Friday! Carbing up for day two with gluten free Rozoni Pasta and homemade garlic bread (*Gluten Free Garlic Bread: 1) Preheat oven to 350°. 2) Line a baking sheet with tin foil. 3) Spray with cooking spray. 4) Lay slices of Schär Artisan Baker White Bread on the prepared foil. 5) Coat with melted butter. 6) Sprinkle with a gluten free garlic powder. 7) Bake for 7-8 minutes). *Note: Make sure you double and triple check that your garlic powder is gluten free. Some brands may not include whether or not their product is gluten free on the ingredients label. The Gluten Free Watchdog posted an interesting article about McCormick’s Garlic Powder, which states that if a product does not have an ingredients statement, it is a pure spice and contains no gluten.
